The new UAB Valstybės Investicinis Kapitalas management board has been elected and approved. The board consists of two independent members and one representative from the Ministry of Finance. This governing body is elected for a four-year term.
The new board members are Jolanta Diaukštienė and Mindaugas Kekys – both independent board members –as well as Edmundas Kiškis, who is a civil servant representing the Ministry of Finance.
The management board carries out the supervisory functions set out in the Republic of Lithuania Law on Companies, which involve overseeing the activities of the manager, the implementation of decisions adopted by the general shareholder, the issuance of UAB Valstybės Investicinis Kapitalas bonds, and other key aspects of the company’s operations.
