This strategic document is an important success factor, setting a clear direction and objectives for the company’s activities.

The First VIK Strategic Activity Plan

The company has prepared its first strategic activity plan for the period 2026–2030. Until now, the preparation of a strategic activity plan was not mandatory for the company; however, as of this year, it aims to increase organizational maturity and is systematically and responsibly defining its future objectives.

The Governance Coordination Center, in awarding the highest evaluation to VIK’s strategic activity plan, followed the updated methodology for assessing state-owned enterprises. Under this methodology, the strategic plan was divided into separate sections and evaluated accordingly. The highest scores were given to areas such as risk assessment, financial justification and investments, the summary of the SWOT analysis, as well as the overall structure and coherence of the plan.

It is important to emphasize that such an evaluation reflects a long-term approach to sustainable company growth, transparency, and responsibility in implementing the shareholder’s objectives. Clearly defined goals and their consistent implementation enable the company to maintain stability, strengthen the trust of partners and investors, and create added value.
