The share capital of EPSO-G Invest is being increased by a total of \u20ac33.6 million, with the funds allocated to the development of Rheinmetall\u2019s ammunition plant in the Radvili\u0161kis District.<\/p>\n<p>EPSO-G and Valstyb\u0117s investicinis kapitalas are shareholders in EPSO-G Invest, holding 51% and 49% of the company\u2019s shares, respectively. EPSO-G is expected to invest \u20ac17.13 million.<\/p>\n<p>The new plant will be built on a site covering approximately 340 hectares in the Radvili\u0161kis District. The facility will manufacture and fill 155 mm artillery shell casings. Annual production is expected to reach tens of thousands of shells.
