Bond Issue Redeemed for EUR 25 Million

UAB Valstybės Investicinis Kapitalas is pleased to announce that on 10 March 2025, it successfully fulfilled its obligations and redeemed  EUR 25 million in bonds from investors. Launched in 2022, this non-equity securities issue had a yield of 0.65%.

The securities were issued through the Nasdaq Vilnius Stock Exchange, which contributes to the effective participation of institutional and private investors in the capital market. The company’s bond issues according to the approved programme were assigned a Fitch A rating, and the securities were included in the European Central Bank’s (ECB) secondary market purchase programme.

The capital raised was invested in the State Aid Fund for Business, which was designed to support medium-sized and large enterprises affected by the coronavirus pandemic. It should be noted that the activities of the investment fund were related not only to mitigating economic consequences, but also to supporting the sustainable development of enterprises operating in Lithuania.

In 2025, the company plans to redeem two additional securities issues from institutional investors. The company will remain committed to developing the capital market and attracting institutional and private funds for strategic investments in Lithuania.
